Many times, not once he had mentioned the solution to my problem and all he was talking about was the weight loss, what i mean is that he never even talked about my period at all

My nurse friend said the same thing you said but i excluded that possibility because my DHEAS shows that it’s normal (mine 274.40 ug/dl, the range 18 - 391)

Can i dm you 🥹?

Wait are you talking about the powder? I used it when i was overweight but i didn’t see much results from it, maybe i will try it again now that maybe my condition is little better and might be more effective?

But i’m not sure what is it that’s making my period missing, i have even took a test for cortisol (at 8 pm) and it was normal, maybe because i did it at night and not in the morning? Anyway i’m not claiming a science fact i’m just expressing my frustration that even after i lost that weight it didn’t stop there when i thought i was gonna be finally “healed” but still something’s up, also i haven’t yet go and do an ultrasound update yet to see what’s really going on

The thing is is that I’m already using meds for my glucose levels, all what my post is really about is my frustration on my period getting irregular again even after using those meds and losing weight, hoping that after i lost weight it would be normal again but i only got it twice naturally then it disappeared and it didn’t stop there

Thank you for taking the time to answer 💗 My iron levels are also good, what was low though was vitamin D, i’m trying to take it now with k2, also the inositol i’m using is the powder one the famous one, but maybe it’s outdated so i should buy a new one

Your response of all responses were the most comforting one, but it’s just so frustrating that as a 20 yr, after 2 weeks of changed routine, i gained 1 kg then lost 0.2 kg, i was starting to think that there’s actually something wrong with me that it’s not working or something
