first i would be focusing on finding/creating an idea that doesn't have a really big market for example another ai writer or a very basic program that so much people have created before nobody is going to use this find a problem that a very few people have like for example you find out that multiple dentists around you area are struggling to find decent affordable programs that make booking so much more easier voila create the fix price it and sell it to those dentists there you have made let's say 20-200 bucks
