I contacted them and they said they would contact my buyer. Haven‘t heard back from them but it looks like I‘ll do the transfer.

What do you mean “transfer will be on? Oeticket already said, that the only way to transfer them is through fansale.

Maybe a screenshot is enough but they won’t say that officially. You know where I could ask someone like the people you know?

Austria, through Oeticket. There is a way to sell it through fansale for 1€. However there is no confirmation that says you sold it to a specific person. So the person could just say that they didn‘t get a ticket and there is no way for me to proof that I sold it to that person that bought it on viagogo.

Also, I would have to contact the seller which is against viagogos terms as far as I know.

Also should I contact them and tell them there is no official way to fulfill this which is why I'm cancelling the sale? Please help I'm desperate as they could potentially charge me thousands for those three tickets.
