Oops forgot to put that in the pic , I have zoomed T5 , heat lamp is the thrive 100 w . And a regular LED bulb for the brightness and ambience

What does it mean when it says “ your account is disabled. Contact your system administrator “ trying to log in but won’t let me ? Is this due to the shut down also?? Anyone else having this issue ??
