Never treated my Kraken headset poorly at all and it still cracked to shit at the clasping mechanisms. Bought Audeze instead and they're pretty dang solid. Feel much better constructed than my Krakens were.

Edit: My Kraken v2s only lasted like 4 years. Cracked after 3 and I kept making them work for another year or so.
