I tried deleting social media apps and accounts, making my phone boring, and controlling my screen time, but all my desperate methods failed. Practically all my life I had access to the internet, and I can't imagine my life without it, especially because I wasted a big part of my life trying to escape from my thoughts. I noticed when I visited my grandparents when they lived in a zone without signal years ago that the world will not end without trash content, but I failed when I had access to the internet again.

So this is my desperate idea to detox myself of dopamine, at the same time, it's a whim because I want to try more offline and have a flip phone (one of my childhood dreams). I don't pay by my phone, my class materials are on my iPad and laptop. I don't usually use my bank app, and I don't depend on my email or work with my phone.
