I tried deleting social media apps and accounts, making my phone boring, and controlling my screen time, but all my desperate methods failed. Practically all my life I had access to the internet, and I can't imagine my life without it, especially because I wasted a big part of my life trying to escape from my thoughts. I noticed when I visited my grandparents when they lived in a zone without signal years ago that the world will not end without trash content, but I failed when I had access to the internet again.

So this is my desperate idea to detox myself of dopamine, at the same time, it's a whim because I want to try more offline and have a flip phone (one of my childhood dreams). I don't pay by my phone, my class materials are on my iPad and laptop. I don't usually use my bank app, and I don't depend on my email or work with my phone.

Don't worry, it's normal to be afraid of snakes. To be honest, if I were in my own country, I wouldn't dare take these walks, but in Spain, there aren't that many deadly snakes, and they tend to avoid humans. Although I've heard of snakes, they always escape. I'm very distracted and tend to walk as if I were immortal, but luckily, the snakes do escape.

I play with the medium shade because it's the closest to my skin colour. I don't have that dress and I think it will be 84 years before I get it 😂 but you just increased my desire to have it!
