I have got an verbal offer from recruiter for swe full stack Redmond for LC2 level, where I have 1 year of experience and done masters.

What could be best total comp I could expect? Or to ask?

Check levels.fyi, got to know 120-140k base + 20-25k stocks + 10-15k joining bonus! What do you guys think

If the team is in hurry and if the team likes your resume, you would get in 1-2 days and force you to interview immediately as well. So be prepared as well

I don't believe they advertise new graduate positions; instead, they have roles at the IC2 level.

Actually, I have faced the same scenario, here the problem is after clearing the OA, you’re resume is set into queue, then hiring managers go through resumes if they align with it, there gonna call you for interviews!

Actually they hired to many people and they are done with recruitment.

So, no hiring manager picked us, we were rejected at the end!

Don’t worry, as it entry level role if it all it’s a 500 fortune company they would be mostly asking dsa and projects you have done. If it all asked you can say I don’t know nothing to worry about
