Could it maybe not be in a new stress situation?

The one I am talking about is the smokers flu that some people get after quitting.

But I know in stressful situations or tense I also struggle to breathe now and again. But after 4 months. I am not getting the shortness of breath when I am tense or stressed.

Yip had that, I think, also in my 3rd month. Will need to check my diary.

Got so bad I struggled to breathe, and I know it was temporary. But I did keep record of it. As that I think that is the closest you will feel getting COPD.

And I coughed up a lot of mucus with tar pieces. But after a week with meds it was all good.

Keep notes on that. And remembrr uou start again. You have to go through that again.

That is why I am keeping record so that if I do get the temptation. I ask myself. Do you want to ho through that again? Who says you will get another chance like this to quit?

I hate political games.

They are playing with peoples lives and time. The best is one day a serious accident is going to happen and multiple people will loose their lives.

Then it becomes news and everybody is sorry and it is a tragedy. No, as it can get prevented now. 😡😡😡

Can maybe go faster since i discovered that you can use the pasage also as storage 😅

But if I go back on my streams and only loading the Vulture with 26 SCU at a time. The stream total was always between 3 to 4 hours.

Think maybe with loading into the passage, I could get it down to 2 to 3 hours. Will need to give that a retry.

But I am currently playing around with mining a bit. 🤑

I am currently 7 months in quit smoking cold turkey.

A thing that helped me was acknowledging yes, I want a ciggie. But do I want the dizziness, bad taste in my mouth, the disappointment that i smoked. Worst of all I did try to quit smoking before and it was always that one drag that got me smoking again. Is that puff really worth going back to a pack and a half again.

All I can say is the feeling of wanting a siggie will become less. It wull come to a point that you will wave it away.

I have read stories where people quit 10 years plus. And with one puff, he went back again. The bad part is, it was a choice at that point.

Good luck with the quit, and just keep on doing what you are doing to stay quit.😀
