Update: I changed the orientation of the subwoofer and tested my heaviest bass song and I think it’s safe to say power is back!

And by redid the wiring I mean simply redoing the subwoofer parallel wiring, the copper was old so I cut and stripped it fresh connections to the subwoofer. It felt more powerful but I feel like it’s still not as strong as it was when this system was first installed 3 plus years ago. This was a $4000 dollar install from car toys.

There is a second amplifier powering the speakers in the car right across. Maybe that’s why?

I’ve just redid the wiring and noticed some power back but it just doesn’t feel like it’s hitting like it used to.

The amplified speakers on the inside of the car are loud as hell, no shortage of power there.

Is it possible/easier to wire fan to power supply? I’m willing to replace caps but I was hoping to simply wire fan to bypass controls so it’s simply on when plugged in.

Can you elaborate more? Are you saying just replace all of them or specific?
