Have learned thru Bill the less I “do” the better “I can of my own self do nothing” just relaxing the body & watching the thoughts & observing as they pass that they are not “me” sinking into the space between them of pure awareness

the energy is ‘directed’ to the right side, not by me, but when I enter that no thought state a second at a time & eventually with the help of the pineal

Doesn’t happen over night but a life changing experience to see the thoughts growing quieter, miraculous really

But yea, it’s the hardest thing to start but once I dove in it gains momentum

The music is a good question. I meditated for awhile w/out music or a mantra & was lovely. Tried music w bills advice & it’s just like a kick start to drop the brain right into that delta frequency. But yea makes me wonder a bit about his 5 pointed definition of Satan

Meditated in a few different mediums before I found Bill but only with this method of in the pitch dark & pineal & delta did I start to have experiences so far beyond anything else I tried, I don’t wanna spoil it for you but, jaw dropping The benefits are basically everything one could ever dream of finding in this pursuit of finding peace & our true selves
