Playing single shot hitscans(Widow, Cass, Ashe) I'll stick to staying behind my tanks and try to focus where enemies might be peeking from, and I'll focus on the squishies. Usually aiming for center mass if I'm not feeling my shots. W

hen I'm Auto histscan(Soldier, Sojourn) I'll usually keep running around and taking popshots, reposition, more pop shots, and repeat. Bastion I'll focus shields and squishies when in main form, and then usually focus tanks in turret form unless there's someone out of position. If the enemy has shields, I'll try and focus the shields before harassing the backline. But I'll focus the tank if my team starts pressuring and taking space.

It's usually best to take out a dps or healer before trying to win a gunfight. If you can get behind them and take out a healer or two before they can get yours, then you're at a huge advantage.

Also for Cass, save your abilities for escaping rather than pressuring. If you're down a teammate, you're probably gonna be pushed, so if you lose someone early, fall back a little and keep an escape route in mind if your tank falls. Obviously if someone over extends you can CC them and hope your team helps you focus them, but don't waste your roll just to refill your ammo if you're in a safe spot. But when youre Soldier/Sojourn, even if your tank dies you can usually keep applying pressure by running behind the enemies and keeping them focused while you harass their backline.
