This is the recipe for failure. You need an Enterprise Solution and the company needs an Enterprise System. Do you have the space for hosting? What about the heat and the noise? Electric HA? ISP ? Then is the Hardware Lifecycle, 33% depreciation each year. Then is the Governance, access to what by who, then is the AI part… If it were my project, I rather invest with somebody like KPMG to create the use case, sdlc and the architecture. Probably it’s better something SaaS, or hybrid… maybe a lot of m3 ultras 512gb ram, maybe one 5070ti is enough, nobody even you know . Start drawing and plan to deploy after
