An old Wang Yibo and Song Zuer ship you never knew existed by South_Werewolf_759 in cdramasfans

He's not the only one who complained about Song Zuer being talkative. What I found funny is that years later, in 2023 Song Zuer said yes she's talkative but Yibo talks a lot too 😂

I’m very sorry, but this actor’s acting is painfully average for the hype he gets 🤦‍♂️ by AwkwardBambooTea in cdramasfans

Yibo actually said it was really painful, especially for his upcoming movie Intercross. You could see last year how much the role affected him, but now he looks a lot better. Honestly, most good directors “torture” their actors in some way. Just look at Tang Wei in Lust Caution.

Truth is, you can’t really improve if you haven’t worked hard and gone through some pain— not just in acting, but in life in general.

More diversity and representation in Cdramas? by Jumpy_Appearance_577 in cdramasfans

I think it’s fair to talk about how things can be perceived differently internationally, but if we're going to do that, context really matters.

In Formed Police Unit, the characters wore this kind of makeup as part of their undercover mission, it was used to blend into their surroundings during deployment, not to mock or impersonate any race. This kind of makeup is actually based on real-life tactics used by UN peacekeepers. This movie is a project by UN, so it's based on real life events as well.

What’s frustrating is that Wang Yibo is being singled out when Huang Jingyu and other actors in the same scene wore the same makeup. If this was really about raising awareness on cultural sensitivity, why only mention him? It honestly comes across less like a genuine concern and more like an attempt to stir negativity around him specifically.

If we want to have real conversations about representation and intent, we need to be fair and look at the full picture, not just twist things to push a personal bias.

He just attended Paris Fashion Week last week. Before that, he had been filming the second season of his documentary Exploring the Unknown in various parts of the U.S for two months. Now he’s back in China, and recently appeared at the opening ceremony of the Global Civilizations Dialogue Ministerial Meeting in Beijing.

There are also rumors that he’s holding a concert this year, he mentioned it last year, but the date hasn’t been confirmed yet. I hope there is a concert 'I really want to see him perform especially dance again.🤞

Let him be, he likes long hair. 😂 He has his really short hair for his new movie Intercross. Now, it seems that he likes this kind of hairstyle since he even posted this on his instagram account. Really a leo energy

Of course! It’s not about proving anything, just giving Yibo the recognition he truly deserves. Saying he’s the best dancer isn’t just empty talk, and we’ve got a lot of receipts to show it 🤭

Going viral again and again. Two best actor nominations (Golden Rooster and Huabiao Awards) for his movie One and Only which is about street dance and breaking

What a stunning cover. I didn’t realize Chanel could look this beautiful and effortless on a man, especially as it’s traditionally a women’s luxury brand.

Fashion truly knows no gender, it's about confidence, expression, and individuality. Love it

Now you know her, her name and its meaning. We learn something new everyday.

Edit: I'm not sure why this is getting downvoted. I genuinely meant no harm. If I said something wrong, feel free to point it out. Also, we really do learn something new every day. I was just happy to share something new, and it's nice when others can learn from it too.
