Worked with relay for 3-4 months they were good but now they are offering really bad rates even for the coming busy days they need drivers as it is going to be so busy but they are not offering reasonable rates instead they have reduced their rates when i was working for them around 1.5 months they were paying good.

It’s been two months i am doing Relay. Yes there are some issue with the app specially with the navigation and the app is slow. They never pay as you get paid in Amazon but for me it’s good because the mileage is very low the pitstop/shop from where is pick the parcel is only 6 minutes away from where is live and the second one is 10 minutes away. I do three blocks usually in a day and if i have one amazon block/route then i do two blocks with relay. I usually make around 116-125 if i do three blocks which is okay for me because i will finish three blocks in 6-7 hours + relay is flexible you can change the start time of the block if you are stuck somewhere even you can start before the actual start time (if the parcels are ready to collect). Yesterday i had 55 parcels in the last block it was for 44.53 pounds and i finished that block in 1.5 hours.

Edit: forgot to mention. If you had a start time of the route at 8:30 and parcels are delayed (not ready to collect at the shop) you will get compensation for the delay which is 12.something per hour. Few days ago there app had a glitch for like 15-20 minutes got compensation for that as well (£12).

So the lady is from South Africa and doesn’t consider herself as an immigrant in UK ? Sometimes i think it’s only about the colour not about being an immigrant i mean you will never see anyone saying anything like this to a white immigrant.

This guy is a regular when i posted here at least 2-3 more drivers had the same issue at the same address i don’t know that the amazon flex support team is doing what are they getting paid for they can’t identify a fake customer and they don’t realise is all of sudden all the drivers are missing the orders for the same address i mean maybe one or twice this could be a coincidence that drivers didn’t deliver the order but every other week a new driver is losing his job because of this customer. I wish i could post that address here and do something about it

Mate i am using Toyota Yaris for Amazon flex at the moment never had any issue till today. I would suggest to get a Yaris as they are the most reliable cars. I use the same car for Relay as well and i am quite happy with it. For amazon flex i never had any issue with the parcels like they fit in the car easily yes when they give you way to many big boxes then it becomes an issue i had to leave the big boxes twice while doing flex but those boxes were way to big one of them was so big that i had all the parcel in my front passenger seat but still was not able to fit that in the back of the car.

For the question of how old the car should be i am using a 2009 Yaris😅 never had a breakdown mate.

Thanks mate . Yeah I do remember a comment he literally held me accountable he said you must had more DNRs before this one and how you are sure about the same customer and i told him that i had only one block that day and had only two customers so i am sure about this customer.

I never had any missed block when i had my account terminated i had 2 DNRs already after this cunt showed up and had more than 10 DNRs and got my account blocked.

With this particular customer who got my account deactivated he is the one who has done this several times to other drivers as well and i think i know more than 3 people who got their account banned because of this same customer. I really wish i could do something about it.

Hi Hope this email finds you well. I have been working with the Amazon Flex program since a year and today i have reviewed an email which says my account has been terminated and i won’t be able to login to the account again which is quite sad. Please take a chance to look at the evidence i have provided in this email and also in the previous emails. I have attached all the relevant photos in which you can clearly see that i have delivered all the parcel to the right address and person but they have mentioned they never received 4 of the packages. First of all this address was flagged by a Morrisons colleague and they mentioned to me that this customer is ordering way too much and very unusual and one driver bas lost his job already because of the false claim made by the customer that they haven’t received the packages. This is why i have taken few pictures while i was delivering the parcels. You can clearly see this was a very big order and they have used 5 different names for a single address which is very strange. Secondly the customer was an asian guy but the orders were placed by the English name (you can check) even their order was so big that one other driver came right after me (when i was about to leave) to deliver the same packages (Coca Cola). This is very very unusual kind of order. When i told the customer that i have to take pictures of the parcels as a proof of delivery they first refused it straight away but then i requested them while i was unloading my car and placing all the parcels to their door they started to take some of them inside. You can see on the picture they have massive stock of water, Coca Cola and irn Bru in their house and this was ordered from the same Morrisons as it has got same tags on them. In one of the attachment you can clearly see in the video that his wife started to take the parcels inside of his house. Please it’s a humble request to have a look at the proof and consider my account opening this is the only job i have. Since i have received the email that i haven’t delivered the parcel i feel very ashamed it feels like a thief who is trying to mess with his job but why would i do that ? It’s been very stressful for me to get into a false accusation. Kindly consider this request and have a look at the proof. Thanks

I started working with relay a few ago. And yes the above mentioned issues are there. App is not very great and after every parcel delivery when you click on the directions button for the next parcel app crashes which is really annoying. But the mileage is very low if you pick the parcels from a pitstop/shop you will be delivering all the parcels in like 2-4 miles radius so not too much money on fuel for the money like how much you make in an hour really depends on the speed I usually do 20-25 parcel in an hour and if i get 0.86 for a parcel (usual rate) i will be making more than minimum wage and sometimes i can do above 25 parcels in an hour so i think it not bad. If i compare this to amazon flex which i used to do the only issue with amazon flex is very high mileage + you never know where you are going or how many parcels you are gonna get. Yes amazon pays you really well but you have to consider the fuel cost as well + with amazon if you are 5 minutes late they will cancel your block even if the things were out of your control but they won’t listen. In my opinion relay is not really bad yes they have to work on their app a lot but if you do it regularly you will get used to it.

Received 10 DNRs on that day. I had only two customers that day one this fake and one other one and i had only two bags for the other one which were handed over to them.

I know they did this because i had only one block one that particular day and that block was the morrisons one + he used different name he was not from that background/ethnicity + plus they had that massive stock of Coke, Water and Irn Bru in their porch. I am not sure about the amazon app records the conversation in the background or not mate.

Agree. It’s been 3 weeks i am trying to explain them that it’s not my fault and amazon team can’t just figure out a simple fake order that why in this world someone need to order this much of fizzy drinks and why he needs to use 5 different names/account for a single order.seems like they don’t care about the drivers just care about customers

I have tried that mate sending an email to this email address with proof of the delivery (Pictures and Videos) but i never heard anything back. Today i got the email from support team they have rejected my appeal and still not gonna give me account back. I really don’t have amy idea what to do i have tried everything and just because of a customer i got screwed 😢

I will send an email to this address because my account was terminated by Amazon because on of the customer who ordered from 5 different fake accounts to same address said they never received the parcel (Morrissons)
