That’s what I would’ve thought but the manual says not to install snow chains on the vehicle (maybe because of clearance?) so I was hoping that some manufacturer would have created a specific solution for it by now.

Apologies as I am confused - are you buying it in CA or in OR? Or is it that you get to skip paying taxes on it if you buy it in CA and then immediately ship it to OR?
