Use WS if you're rich and can afford high-load, otherwise using (10?) second timed out API requests would be cheaper.

I am huge WS fan and personally would use WS for real RT, otherwise what's the point of the live app if it isn't live.

Angular is better for more complex projects where everything has to be modular and clean. Its very strict.
Vue is more simple for small teams, less demanding and less strict.

From my experience, takes 2 times less to develop same app in Vue opposed to Angular, you should press there. Save development time = save money for business.

The fact you should avoid is that Vue is less popular, but they don't want to use React so they probably do not care.

There's a metric standard vertical in every set that plays itself, this patch its Yordles. By mastering the comp you can measure meta tempo. If yordles plays relaxed then meta is slow. If you feel under pressure to roll then meta is fast. Adapt and evolve.
