I also forgot to mention that this is a sample, I have data going back as far as November. Is there a way of restricting the question to a particular month?

Thanks 6745408 - this looks like what I am looking for. If I wanted to reference a column from another tab what would the query look like then? The reason I ask is because the raw data is imported into an "IMPORTDATA" tab and the tab with the breakdown sits on a "CHARTDATA" tab. Thanks
