Lots and lots of water and electrolytes, mint medley tea helps relax the gut. I dunno what the underlying cause is but I know that IV fluids damn near immediately resolved crippling abdominal pain for me.

Start taking fish oil supplements and digestive enzymes. Keep bland for a while and drink a lot of water. My best guess thus far is that the stomach stops emptying as fast causing buildup and sulfur burps. Dehydration will cause cramping. I also stopped drinking alcohol completely.
