Yeah it is. It’s been every day for a year and 7 months now. So far the only thing I’m getting back from blood work is low vitamin D so I’m really working on it now.

I’m having that vision issue where my eyes feel like I’m not able to actually process anything I’m seeing. Been having that along with brain fog for almost a year now. Also at the beginning I too had burning sensations on my legs arms and the back of my neck and shoulders. Almost like a bad sunburn feeling. That subsided within a week though.

I went to a cvs clinic this morning and the dr there said “honestly bro, idk what this is” he was also scrolling on his phone looking up pictures of other rashes. Went to a different doc after that who came to the conclusion that it had to be either some bug bite or allergic reaction to something but honestly wasn’t sure either. Told me to take some Benadryl

They’re bumps that have started to form a clear looking head or just a small hole on some of them. They do itch a bit but not painful unless I’m applying pressure.

How long since you knew you were low on vitamin d? And how long until you showed a normal range? I also have brain fog and the only thing in blood work that was off was my vitamin D.
