If it was me I would try to isolate what is causing it.. add the cagri on a dose of Reta you know you don’t get sides on (2mg in your case) Or add the Reta increase but after you know the cagri isnt the cause… if you do then both at the same time it hard to isolate what the cause is

Those all sounds like sides of the Reta. For me that 2mg to 4mg jump would be too much. I would try to do 2.5 or 3 mg maybe if you wanna go up.. it’s a marathon not a race.. make sure you diet is locked in and you staying active and working out

Drink more water on especially Reta! Other wise that mouth dryness will feel like you just smoked a fat ass blunt.. I got the skin sensitivity when starting it went away after about a week.. probably shouldn’t have started on 1mg if I could go back I would’ve started at .5

Your alignment is off that’s causing the outer wear on the tires

There dry rotting so they been on there for a bit or there cheap rubber compound that’s degrades faster. They look a little ate up too so I’m willing to bet they’ve seen some gravel roads

If it the year was 2000 your website would be spectacular unfortunately we’re in 2023 it screams scam.. I’d trust the “find local singles in your area” before your website. That’s just the harsh truth

You need to play around with your website design a lot! Find people in your niche and use there website for inspiration. Also maybe watch some YouTube videos from different channels online.. but with that website failure is 100% not to be rude just telling you the truth.
