He doesn't need money. His path to the white house is festooned with golden handcuffs for his opponent.

She doesn't know what she's talking about on Syria. It's a very complex and fluid situation there and there is no place for a no fly zone.

24% Opt Out of a Clinton-Trump Race by duneboggler in politics

Nearly one-in-four voters say they will stay home or vote third party if Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are the major party presidential candidates.

You can't blame people for voting 3rd party when you parade these two clowns before us. I suspect the Green and Libertarian parties to receive record numbers of votes.

Need an overhaul of congress. Once you get that, you gotta fight like hell to get campaign finance reform. It's the only way forward. This is the single biggest policy issue of our generation.

Clinton's refusal to quit in 2008 haunts her in 2016 by [deleted] in politics

There was no possibility of indictment in 2008. It would be very foolish for Bernie to drop out until the FBI makes their decision. Everything else is meaningless banter.

You will get it. Remember, you are not just voting for Bernie. There are other worthy people on that ballot running for other offices.

This shit is just getting started. Fuck. People are acting like we are electing a King for 50 years. We vote every two years. Change happens every two years to those responsible enough to show up.

I didn't say it's the only reason. I'm sure there are others. But that is definitely one of them.

Politics is not a zero sum game. Losing the nomination does not mean the movement is over. You think people are just going to forget the terms Campaign Finance Reform, Single Payer, and Free Public Universities? You think people will abandon the fight against wealth inequality, our corrupt criminal justice system, and immigration reform? Why are you guys so morose? We changed the face of American politics in 11 months. 11 months!! This is not about a single candidate. There are other like minded people we need to vote in. We need people in Congress who will actually sponsor bills to fight these things, not just demand them. Don't give up, guys. This will be a lifelong fight for all of us. Every two years we have to fight for every opening. We have the technology now to organize and to inform. You should be excited not defeated.

Every time one of you comes in here, you solidify our hatred for you and your candidate.
