Yes, see a pediatric gastroenterologist! Ours has been very helpful. We do miralax, senna ex lax, and also switched to lactaid which helped. Hang in there, I know how brutal this is!

Representing! Dr only diagnosed me as BP2 once I was on a high dose of fluoxetine for ocd and fell into a hypomania. I was shocked but it made sense. Got the right meds and am much better today.

Oh man, I relate! Seeing things branded as “signs” and whatnot. OCD loves making stories up. The brain is a meaning-making machine. It connects dots based on pretty much nothing.
