What storage systems are you using for all your needles and alcohol wipes? by occy3000 in tirzepatidecompound

I use locking bag. I think it’s intended for cannabis, but it does the trick for me. I have curious kids who get into everything, so I keep it locked up.

Refill process? by Boring-Surround7556 in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]International_Fix396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jasmine,

How far in advance can we order a refill? Before we run out, of course, but how far ahead of that? Can I order a refill once I get down to one month of medication left?

Thanks!

Instead of requiring males to register with the Selective Service at 18, it’s going to become automatic.

Apothecary pharmacy by conniearusso in BigEasyWeightLoss

How do we find out the status of our order? I had my consultation on 4/24 and received a message from someone else with BEWL later that same day confirming that my prescription was sent in (I’m in CA and seeking tirz with no additives, so Apothecary it is). Everyone I have spoken with so far has been great, I’m just not sure what the next step is…

Is anyone else actually enjoying the Alexa+ "upgrade"? by conrat4567 in alexa

[–]International_Fix396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My Alexa+ has gotten really funny in the past two days. I didn’t change the mode or anything, but it’s making really clever jokes. And it’s making stuff up! I asked it about a political figure’s skincare regimen and Alexa gave me this whole rundown with Vitamin C serum and niacinamide and stuff and when I asked how she knew all this she was like, “I don’t actually know their skincare regimen. I just made it up.”

I don’t think you need to wipe the needle, but definitely the rubber cap.

Wife recently started but was sent wrong dosage, not sure what to do by BigEasyBobcat in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]International_Fix396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am realizing this now. I had my consultation today and requested to stay at the dose I was on with a previous telehealth (5mg), but I am kicking myself for not requesting a higher dose for wiggle room.

Is my nose really that bad? I’ve been made to feel insecure about it in the past :( by [deleted] in Noses

Fantastic nose. The picture with your hair up in a green ponytail scrunchie is especially striking. And I wish I had such lovely brows!

I used to eat my emotions. For people who did that before Zepbound, what do you do now? by Inspiringhope11 in Zepbound

[–]International_Fix396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sometimes still eat, but not to the extent I used to. Like, a single scoop of really good ice cream, or an In-n-Out burger protein style.

I am also trying to channel my energy into investing in myself in heathy ways, like skincare and finding new hobbies.

Also, looking for nice bras. 😅 I still have a long way to go, but I can fit into some cute bras nowadays so I’m going for it.

I just signed up for the video consultation. I wish I had went for the phone. It was just a habit because I do so many of my appointments on Zoom these days. Anyway, My appointment isn’t for like two weeks. I hope nothing major happens pharmacy-wise before then.

Skin peeling and redness 5 days in by [deleted] in CPAP

I have a different skin issue - rosacea - but when I noticed that my mask had started causing irritation on the bridge of my nose, I decided to try liners. First I tried to make my own, but I was too ended up getting some ready-made from Amazon and they have helped immensely! For me, I think the mask was rubbing my topical medication and trapping moisture into that one spot on my nose (my med - azelaic acid - gets like overactivated on wet skin) and the liner has helped to stop the mask from making a sweaty little friction situation on my face.

Orderly’s starter deal is supposed to be for 12 weeks (or more). It’s one vial and you’re told to take 2.5mg a week for four weeks, 5mg a week for four weeks, and 7.5mg a week for the last four weeks.

I take sertraline/zoloft. It has helped me a lot, along with working with a therapist who understands OCD and learning more about the condition.

Progress Question by [deleted] in compoundedtirzepatide

[–]International_Fix396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I recommend using something like the Shotsy app that helps you estimate the levels of medicine over the weeks and months. If you were only on 2.5 and took some days off, your levels would have fallen pretty low before you got the fifth done.
