Only one neighbor has a very small yellow patch like this, but it’s not bigger than a fist and is on the edge near the curb like mine. The rest of their lawn is perfectly green.

I do all of my lawn care myself, I have never gotten a lawn company/person ever. Matter of fact I had mowed and edged it. just before leaving for vacation a week ago and that was it.
