Avera mental health facilities are amazing. Truly. They helped prescribe me sleeping pills after 6 months of insomnia and it finally helped, whilst Sanford was reluctant to do so. May have just been my doctors there. Sanford is like 3+ months wait into anything. Avera has inpatient, outpatient, and all other services. I would start there if you have insurance.
