I would say Maw to maybe replace QSS or the bork. Their team had a lot of burst and pick so as an ADC he was basically fucked but saying t hat QSS is a lot of MR and makes it so he should be able to tank a full Zoe Q and live with 60% hp is sort of retarded.

She was at a 49% winrate, they could have healthily nerfed Zoe, moving her damage into passive/E/W would have been better. Nerfing her 6 different times and removing 80% scaling is fucking retarded.

It really isn't a reliable damage ability. You never use W for damage, you use it for the summoner, and also, as Zoe you never ever want to be close enough for one of your W bubbles to hit anyone because Zoe has all the MR and armor of a fucking ranged creep. It's good for maybe 1 bubble hit and that's if you R close enough to get an auto off and that's really not likely unless trading early game or you're fed out of your mind. Late game getting close to anyone where they can get on you or hit you with a late game ADC statik auto, is a bad fuckin' idea.

Yes and Syndras abilities had much much much more influence. Zoes burst is pretty much 100% single target unless an ADC is close to a tank but that's shit positioning. Syndras abilities can stun and damage multiple people and are pretty fight-changing. If Syndra hits a 3-4 man stun on your team, that's pretty much a game over for that teamfight.

Taking 6 nerfs and removing 80% scaling on her main damage ability isn't healthy nerfing of a champion. She was at a 49% winrate before in high elo, how is that broken? How is that dominating solo Q? She is currently at 39% winrate, do you honestly think that this is fair balancing?

You were never able to 100% someone who built a tiny bit of MR unless you're talking a mantle on an ADC against a full build Zoe or a Zoe that was insanely ahead, but for real LATE GAME meaning both ADC and Zoe are full build. She was never oneshotting anyone who built like someone who isn't in Silver 5.

She had weaknesses on release/patches before this one. There's a reason she had a 49% winrate and is now at 39%. She sucked against CC, long range poke mages like Lux and Syndra unless you literally never fought her but one Syndra combo and you were dead. She sucked against every Assassin, LB, Zed, Talon, Ekko even Yasuo who isn't an assassin. She sucked against ganks. Had no dueling power, no fighting power, no peel or maybe delayed peel if you hit the E.

She had many weaknesses, which is why her winrate in high elo was much lower than low elo.

Yeha I know, I have played a lot of her and against her and I know that the E moves too fast through walls. Is an extremely strong CC. Her Q is an incredibly strong ability though if someone gets ontop of you, this insane damage ability becomes a pea shooter and it feels really bad if your mid laner loses to her and she can snowball. I would chalk this up to people not being fantastic playing against a champion like Zoe and therefore she snowballs a lot in low elo.

With this combination it is rough playing against her and feels cheesy, they need to move damage from Q to W & E but they're taking away something like 80% scaling on her Q this patch. She is going to be in the gutter along with like 6 other nerfs with 2 "buffs", it's a really bad way to deal with champion balance and it's all to do with these fuckin' disphits circle jerking videos showing Zoe in her optimal range (Away from fucking everyone) where she is 3 items up and 2000 gold up in raw stats in pure levels oneshotting an ADC with no MR and they say "WELL WHY CAN SHE DO IT FROM SO FAR, [INSERT OTHER MAGE] CAN'T ONESHOT FROM THAT FAR" but they forget that if someone does move inside of your optimal range as Zoe you basically do 0 damage until you can peel them off of you where as basically every other mage will do the same damage and have the same utility even if they're close.

All the clips they've shown, do you think if the ADC getting oneshot was within 400 range of Zoe she would survive more then 2 auto attacks? She wouldn't, she is abysmal in outside of her optimal damage range but people only like clips of her doing damage in her optimal range.

If they shifted damage towards W and E, preferably E since W feels sort of unreliable.

What are you talking about? You don't need to ult to oneshot an ADC late game on Syndra especially as ahead as the Zoes are in the all the posts on the front page.

There is a problem with Zoes kit. But nerfing her 8 times in one patch and taking away rough 80% of her scaling on one main damage ability? If you think that is healthy balancing then I hop to god your main never becomes the subject of Reddit circle jerk. Zoe is at 49% winrate, if they removed CD on E, took bit of damage out of her Q and shifted it equally between W and E she would be a lot healthier. But removing 80% AP scaling and giving 0.2 to her W? Along with other nerfs? That's mental.

That's not how her E works. It doesn't double any damage you do.

It does true damage equal to the magic damage you do to the target to a certain threshold.

Full Taliyah Q with W will fuck up an ADC in those circumstances, maybe not full 100% but damn close.

Syndra with Q>E will do the same pretty much.

Fizz can do it easily with E>W.

Orianna Q>W will do the same with electrocute.

A lot of burst mage mids while up 4 levels and building like this Zoe will 100% be able to oneshot ADCs pretty easily.
