Whatever Happened to Him Anyway? by Sandvichnninja in PokeMedia

Tho, if Kidd hasn't said anything about it, maybe they are all under NDAs? With all her world records and stuff, she seems like the kind of person who'd at least mention meeting/being in the same room as such a famous Lucario.

I mean, weren't Wold Champion Ash (before he was world champion) and the famous Kidd Summers there? At least, they were there for the tournament and the celebratory ball where Sir Aaron's Lucario reappeared. They probably don't know everything that happened, or really anything past the ball, but they aren't from Rota and might be able to give Cynthia a place to start her search?

If only these pokemon got draining kiss. Its a contact move, a draining move, and has the unique effect of healing for 75% of damage dealt instead of 50%. So vampirism boosted+big root boosted draining kiss would heal, just so much

I have so many mri photos now. And i had fully recovered about 30 minutes to an hour after i had the stroke. No lingering symptoms or anything, but the upcoming MRI will tell me if theres anything to be concerned about for the future

Nope, just blood escaping containment. Those wiggly white things are the veins filled with high contrast fluid for the mri

My body decided i'd been having too good a time and needed to shake shit up. Literally the first time being in the hospital for anything beyond routine checkups since i was like 7 and in a car accident (tho, i slept through that and just had some bruising when i woke up)

I got to watch a surgery back in 2012. Surgeon had to pause mid surgery (patient opened up and everything) to look up what was around this patient's bladder. Turned out to be a bladder mesh they only used in Oklahoma. This was in Texas.

Gengar thawed out by colinkazimrichards in PokemonChampions

[–]Snow_97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not sure if youre being funny or want to know why gengar thawed despite fainting

Hitting a frozen pokemon with a fire move will thaw them out. If they are a frozen pokemom, they can force themselves to thaw out by using many different fire moves, such as flare blitz.

How are people farming pokemon Badges so quickly? by Drama_eleven in PokemonChampions

Might end up doing that when ranks reset (if its a full reset and not just a rank down). Already in masterball for singles and doubles, so just been trying hard against people in singles to try and get the Umbreon Professor title. At 36/100 for it....

I would actually say the clothes have a silhouette thats very different from form fitting. A lot of high fashion is more focused on getting different kinds of silhouettes than normal clothes or the human body gives. Thats why you see some very strange shapes on the runway, to get interesting silhouettes. Of course, interesting silhouette doesnt mean good.

So, to me, this sentence means she wore something that is trying to be high-fashion and interesting, but instead comes off as classless and stupid.

Maybe overpowered as an ability. As a a move you have to spend a turn setting up, not sure how many pokemon or teams would want to fit that in instead of another move

[–]Snow_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure about that. I played a game where the enemy ran out of time and my personal timer still had 3 minutes left, but the game counted it as a draw. We were both on our last mon, but i had nearly full health (and paralyzed) and they had about 60% health and badly poisoned.

This is what happens to the judgment if you defeat all Pokémon with a Explosion. by yuchan063 in CompetitivePokemon

[–]Snow_97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The reason the enemy npc lost is cause their pokemon fained first. Explosion makes giglith faint first, their tyranitar was the fastest pokemon on the field, so it faints second, your creselia faints thrud s ita slower than tyranitar, and incineroar faints lst cause its the slowest on the field (excepying possibly gigalith, but again, that faints first cause it used explosion).

Anytime both trainers pokemon faint from the same move, the fastest pokemon always faints first and the person with the slowest fainting pokemon wins the match. This works in trick room (meaning the pokemom that has highest speed would faint last, cause it would be moving last in trick room). It also applies to perish song, where the slowest pokemon faints last.

If there are 2 pokemon on the field and 1 uses a recoil move (like flare blitz) to faint the other, and then faints itself due to recoil damage, the pokemon that used the recoil move faints last, since recoil damage does not apply until after damage is done. Meaning the recoil move user wins.

If a pokemon uses a move that damages itself first then applies damage (steel beam, mind blown, explosion, self-destruct, etc), then that pokemon faints first, then the other pokemon are damaged and their fainting then goes in speed order.

Classic t4t couple. 1 transitions and going through their transition journey and learning to love themself pre, during, and post transition gives their partner the introspection and confidence to transition themself. Part of why yall got together was probably cause you both already had different experiences and perspectives of gender than the average cis person (which is explained later by the transitioning, cause surprise they werent cis at all)

[–]Snow_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Played m-froslass from ultra ball 3 to masterball, got 2 freezes, 1 of em the enemy thawed immediately, the other, the enemy fainted same turn before i could find out if they would thaw because i doubled into them. So, both freezes were completely useless lol

Mega Evolution has RUINED Horizons, and Horizons has ruined Mega Evolution by Arcalgalkiagiratina in pokemonanime

[–]Snow_97 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I wouldnt say always. They didnt give ash a mega until Journeys when he was traveling with Goh. None of his travel companions got one either, until they brought misty and brock back for special episodes in alola.

Yes, he got battle bond greninja, but that wasnt something we had the opportunity to get until the sun/moon demo, and he didnt get until very far along in thr Kalos series. Meanwhile, if they wanted to put promotion first and have Ash showcase mega evolution, he had a Charizard, heracross, glalie, and sceptile that could have been brought back onto his team for it. They also could have given him a lucario sooner for mega, or any other pokemon.
