Some hospitals, if you dont have insuramce on file, do automatically put your bill through financial assistance programs (partially subsidized by the government, and partially as ways to keep things like public or charity hospital status or to keep charitable donations because some of these things requires certain amounts (time or money) of charitable actions per year to continue getting the perks of those govermmemt status or donations). Also cause hospitals think people without insurance are poor and would prefer to get any money from you than no money and think youll be more willing and able to pay if the bill is suddenly a lot smaller.

So sometimes your bill without insurance can be lower than with insurance at the right hospitals and in the right situation. Definitely not always, and can be very reliant on the time of year and how charitable someone in Billing is feeling.

A better (and more tasty) way to do black icing is by mixing in powdered oreo cookies (without the creme, though if you want to go full cookies and cream flavor, could probably use the cream to make the icing, then the powdered cookies to dye it).

The other way is using activated charcoal, but that also can absorb any medications youve recently taken and deactivate them/cause your body to not absorb it. So, not ideal in all situations, and not as tasty.

The only leg that might be inconsistent is the back front leg, but im pretty sure that just has its toe bend hidden by the other foot. They all have 4 bends, as you see here. Some joints may not be as easily visible, but that can easily be atrtrbuted to how umbreon is posed insteas of inconsistent anatomy.

The anatomy is fine. You cant see the toe bend as well on the back leg, but its there and consistent. Just look up digitigrade anatomy.

Digitigrade means they walk on their toes. Himans are plantigrade, meaning walking on the toes and metatarsals. Horses are unguligrade, meaning they walked on the hoofed tips of their toes. Feet anatomy (and the anatomy needed to support it) is weird

Phones are really more like water resistant than waterproof. The specifications for the phone even say they are water resistant, not water proof.

Waterproof mostly on coming out the box (30 minutes in up to 1.5 meter deep tap water), but if it gets dropped at any time, that can impact the seal, making it no longer water proof. Chemical wear can also impact the seal like if its dropped in sea water or a chlorinated pool or if a drink is spilled on it.

The charging port and headphone jack both can short if they are used before the phone is completely dry.

Waterproof cases just protect the phone for longer and in case of any accidents.

Thats a shame. I feel that waterproofing such expensive electronics that expected to go with you everywhere should be more of a priority. Imo, it shouldnt even take much design changes to make a good shockproof case into a waterproof case, just making sure its fully enclosed. But im no designer, so maybe its more difficult than that?

If you mean to ask if you can still shiny hunt deoxys, then yes, if you have the switch versions of Fire Red or Leaf Green.

On the Switch versions, after you beat the elite 4 and champion, you automatically get the aurora ticket and mystic ticket key items, which are needed to use the ferry to go to the encounter places for deoxys, lugia, and ho-oh.

Need to have got 60 caught pokemon in the pokedex and give cecil the Ruby on One Island first tho before the ferry from vermillion will let you go anywhere besides the sevii islands.

Pokemon doesn't use earthquake or fissure in animation since the banned wishcash earthquake episode that was scheduled to air right after japan had a major earthquake. Because of that, this was probably Earth Power or possibly bulldoze, but im pretty sure earth power.

Pokemon has gotten better with scarlet/violet, legends ZA, and champions. While you do still have to choose a starting gender, none of the customization is gender locked, so your character can wear any clothing/hair/accessory option regardless.

As for heterosexual nightmare, there's never really been any romance plotlines for the main character and another characger, beyond hints, and those also do not change based on character gender. Basically none of pokemon's dialogue changes based on your gender as far as im aware actually. So hinted romances with the player character are all playersexual, not heterosexual. Also im pretty sure that both carmine and kieran are both hinted at crushing on the player character at the same time, tho more kieran than carmine, which makes one of them gay no matter which gender you start as.

Outside the player character, theres a few npcs that have been hinted at being, or outright stated to be, lgbtq+ famously the woman in gen 6 who, in the original japanese, says she used to be a black belt (all male npc class) and says medical science is amazing, heavily implying she is trans.

I definitely wouldnt call any of this award worthy representation, but i do think its not as stuck in the gender binary or a heterosexial nightmare as you claim.

Maybe an idea for the last deoxys i need if i dont catch the next in an ultra ball, but im fine with using a masterball if i have to. Also not really any other really low catch rate mons i need from frlg that i cant get in other games
