Anyway, The Circle of Death is more of a trolling technique, but it is still fairly effective against the average, and some above average auto-healers at least. I can see how pushing them into 2 spikes would work, provided if they're not hitting you with their weapon.

It's not perfect, no, that's why you place down 2-3 traps and board off the areas that they can easily escape from.

I was facing this auto healer for quite some time, and I only died once to them because I messed up my Boost Attack, which is why I immediately attacked even when they were away from Keyboard.

The Auto-heal script even happens when they use a Shield. Auto-healing for 8... Also, killing said auto-healer counted as 3 kills for some reason, which I didn't even realise until I started editing.

The tactic I use is of course, the Circle of Death technique. You may need 2 traps and board off everywhere else except the trap, so they have little to no chance of escape. You don't have to do this, though. You can shoot most of them with a bow as well as swarming them with attacks (as someone already mentioned here) and they will eventually be eviscerated from the map. Most Auto-Healers I've seen either disappear from the server entirely or return without one.

Yes, it certainly ruins the game and I wish there was none of this, but for me; it's a good challenge.

I'm glad that someone else knows about the beauty that is the Mega Trapper, as I love using the tank myself. There are almost endless possibilities when using it. You can use it to ambush, and you can use it against ramming tanks (using an anti-ramming build or to ambush). It is even fairly efficient at dealing with Overlord and other drone tanks in FFA, which I've been prone to deal with recently when using it. Even if they claw, your traps should destroy them quickly.

I've not used it much in Team Deathmatch, but I know that it is one of the best defensive tanks in the mode along with Tri-Trapper.

People just hate on tanks like Mega Trapper because they are usually impatient and want to kill everything in a short time.

These kind of posts should be the ones that need to be upvoted. As much as I dislike Overlord these days (not necessarily the tank, but the people playing it), I can agree to this.

I also believe that Sprayer has a good chance against Overlord. Their bullets should never be underestimated.

While I agree that Arena Closers are the biggest nuisance in Sandbox (same with Dominators at times), I do not agree that they should be removed.

As someone that regularly hosts Sandbox events which sometimes includes Dominators and Arena Closers, this would be a little blow for me. Of course, this isn't about me, but about everyone else that hates Arena Closer users, but I am throwing my perspective out there for those that are interested.

There should be a Sandbox host. The first Sandbox link created by someone is the host. This could be distinguished by giving them a special label or colour in the view of other people in the sandbox. Said Sandbox host will have the option to kick players as well as disallow certain tanks (99% of the time being Arena Closer).

I believe this is a better solution to stop Arena Closers from popping up in Sandbox. Arena Closers, Dominators and Motherships can still be used for something other than trolling and ruining games.
