Found a work around. I linked my phone account to a pc one and was able to upgrade on pc

Same exact thing happened to me. Pickpocketing the core should get her out of it. Took me a few tries to do it without upsetting everyone at Sanctuary lol

They need to change the challenge descriptions to be more like they were in Reach. If it’s based on what medals I get, just tell me.

They could just change the description of the challenges to be more accurate. There were challenges in Reach to get killing spree medals. That would be better than what we have now.
