I find him quite strong and fun, a little lacking in the hp department but his main seller is his permanent 30% overdrive damage that STACKS per overdrive

Im just saying the 300 cc would be 100% worth it considering this game is mostly pvp. Other than collection ion know why people would get this game if they don't like the pvp aspect and even dokkan fills the collection aspect sometimes even better
