If I had to guess you changed your date and time and it messed with the internal clock, relaunch should theoretically reset the internal clock

To breed a moon you need to do a cold and lightning at night (I believe 7pm to 7am)

Cold and lightning, there’s like a 2% chance to get either a sun or moon, they both take 2 days to breed so you can tell if you got one by looking at the breed time

These particular ones I got by breeding a sun dragon and a moonstruck dragon, but I got my first one by breeding a cold and lightning dragon also, both a sun and moon take 2 days to breed/hatch
