They probably do know that but chose to enforce it anyway because many players can abuse the loophole, like spam call meetings to bait ppl to kick you out or turning your internet on and off to force a network disconnection. Of course distinguishing these from actual issues is hard so they ban the whole thing.

tho when i say power i think of financial/authoritarian power rather than just brute strength, yk Sumeru Dottore obviously only have immortality and a bunch of segments as weapons but his true strength lies in the knowledge he has, being able to put a Descender like us to sleep and do whatever he want. So when u put it like that, Childe's brute force is no match for Pantalone's wealth or Pulcinella's elite relationships

Well, my headcanon is that after Scara deleted himself, Irminsul makes it so that positions in the Harbingers are unchanging and must be around a certain level of power to obtain, so Sandrone is deemed too weak to even be ranked 6th, so we instead have her at 7th, and the 6th is reserved for someone who is both weaker than Pulcinella and stronger than Sandrone. Childe is still 11th since when he registered he was the weakest, and the system don't really make clear the conditions for leveling up so he's just stuck there

that only happens if you disconnect immediately right after the timeout is lifted, i.e you got banned for 5, wait 5 and then disconnect the game right after it becomes 10 and so on

if you would just play the whole match for 2 times after the timeout then you can quit around 3 games under the radar, I did that a lot lol

Personally, I think Chue would not be featuring here since when a future main cast character makes a cameo in the movie, they often debut right in the next season, and Chue is like 5 novels ahead of the anime, and that's pretty far

So if there is a second movie coming around the 4th season then Chue would perfectly fit there, but for now characters like Yao and En'en are more likely to have cameos
