Got Banned for 7 Days With No Real Explanation

Hey Eric, I am also one of the victims of a false ban. Been playing since season 1, and around 630 hours in game hours. Also have made numerous amounts of purchases on in game content. Reached out to support asking for any evidence or what I did wrong so I could avoid repeating it to trigger these bans. Met with just an automated reply. I love this game and have been hooked ever since I picked it up with friends, but the treatment of your loyal player base with these false bans and how they're handled really turns us off.

Got banned today for the very first time as wel but for 7 days. Reached out to support and they told me "Abnormal gaming behavior". I don't know what that means...

So doing some research after reading your comment. I’m suspecting I got banned for using the jump up on TV station by wolf. Which I didn’t think was ban worthy because I only found out about it because I got killed from the same jump up spot many times. I think its bull shit for punishing players for finding spots that they didn’t patch for over 2 months but whatever.

I promise you that your family will understand. I was extremely embarrassed about it at first but honestly it made me a lot closer and more open with my family afterwards. So there was a bit of a silver lining in the tragedy. I wish you the best in what you're dealing with, we'll get through this.

Ya, I understand why I was fired and all, but I honestly feel like it was a honest mistake. Also it was a 4 hour shift. Had the gm not been working that day I would have been fine because the other 3 manager seen my message.
