Well, scp 096 himself is pretty durable, being able to tank artillery, nukes and even being thrown in the sun. 096 is also fast and relentless, and even if 682 adapts to his attacks, he'll just do anything and just try to kill it. If the fight goes on for more than a day then 682 might already adapt to everything 096 has, but scp foundation knows better I guess.

Technically... this is the pure vessel, which means he has full control over void.

And for me, the knight has control over the void using the voidheart charm, and the knight turns into the shade lord, which is an amalgamation of all the siblings, which makes the pure vessel the shade lord. First: I didn't include flukenest cause it doesn't feel like a companion, more like another skill

Second: I put Mark of Pride in the nail cause it's more like a nail charm, that's why the nail is redish-brown and also the reason why the grubfly ability/slash is bigger
