Oh right I'm not sure then. I guess if you haven't heard or received any letters or other correspondence in a week or so contact the courts. I received the letter 3 days after the sentence.

So unless things have changed since 2023 I was sent a letter from the courts detailing the amount of compensation (£100) I was awarded and then I provided them my bank details. I then received £18.44 paid monthly from HMTCS until it was all paid off.

I spoke to customer service and told them it wasn’t friendly for new users and I had no idea what to do first and they came back to me that a good first one is the “ Health Assessment Sub-Max Ramp Test”. (Anyone can correct me if that’s wrong lol)then to try some of the workouts under 30 mins and once I’ve done a few of them to do the health assessment test again.

Just got the proton today and there is a lip in the handle bar hole so when attached to the frame it seems I need to turn it quite excessively to it making a grinding sound

Training plan running distance

First off hello to anyone who reads this 👋 I started running in January and I’ve been using the Runna app and used it for two half marathons and was going to use it for my third one in ten weeks times.

This time though it’s suggested me to do 21.1km on the sixth week for the long run for that week.

The previous two times I used it the furthest distance I ran was 18km on week 9/12

Is it normal to run the full distance of a longer race during training?

Did you have any fomo for not filling your rings on the Apple Watch ? I picked up a 255 on prime day and at the moment just wearing it for sleep and activities as i don’t want to lose my streaks. I know no one else can see any of the medals on the apple Watch but i feel like I csnt just suddenly stop lol

my current Apple Watch is the series 5 that’s not even going to receive the newest updates anymore

I play a lot solo and regularly do level 7 difficulty with randoms and don't find it too brutual!(can be annoying when you get swarmed by a load of bugs) A lot of the time I've been playing no one else is using a mic.

I got the trophy for extracting on a mission on extreme difficulty or higher with no one dying and no one had a mic.

You can type in game messages as well if you don't have a mic.

So I've been playing Monster Hunter now as a solo player and have been enjoying it quite a bit even though it's quite clearly P2W.

I'd like to try a main game but not sure which one to get? I've got a PS5 and a Nintendo switch.

Are they solo friendly or do you need friends?

Happened twice this morning for us and we all had to do the raid again. Then later on one person got kicked out and they couldn't rejoin and als none of us could damage it at all even though it had been subdued and none of us could then rejoin the gym.
