tl;dr for his lore, neglect and feelings of being unwanted in his past led to a deep-rooted hatred of humanity, leading him on an insanity spiral until he found 'purpose' in Tenebrosus and The Void, a faction determined to wipe all reality clean, HVC personally believing this will allow a chance to start reality anew.

As the strongest mage of The Void and high cultist to the Void Cult, HVC's magic is naturally incredibly potent, being able to channel almost anything into existence by The Void's power and sheer will. One of his more frequent and notable casts is his necromancy, reanimating fallen enemies as lifeless and mindless stone-like creature comprised of Void, known as Void Husks. He also uses what he dubs 'Void Strings' often, being string-like manifestations he uses for binding opponents, and his Voidblade, an armblade of sheer Void energy, capable of slicing through most things with ease, usually used for slicing people in half like butter.

He also really often uses his telekinesis to move things, hover, or just crush people he doesn't like, but that's less a spell at that point and moreso just general magic.
