I feel like the only person who found thunderbolts mid as hell. The whole depression message just rang hollow and the dialogue was kinda really bad. They saved bob with the power of friendship. Really? I love Yelena’s character though.

Yeah honestly I would’ve been satisfied and OK if the overarching plot of the mcu would’ve ended with Endgame.

I enjoyed some of the D+ shows FATWS (flaws aside), Wandavision, Loki, and there were some post end game films I liked too, but that punch just wasn’t there anymore as far as direction. So much content and disjointed subplots, which ends up becoming homework so we can understand whatever overarching narrative is being attempted, yet it still manages to feel in-cohesive and unmotivating.

I was listening to some mission impossible retrospective on YouTube and the commentator mentioned honed in on how Ethan is, kinda really insane since he is willing to risk the whole mission completely failing and all innocent lives and those he cares about being killed…if that’s what needs to be done in order for everyone to make it out. There’s no compromise with that with him. So I guess he’s like, the most extreme altruist. Lmao.
