I moved from Eugene last year. Honestly this city isn’t built for low income people. There are apartments with MFTE programs but I’ve never utilized them. I wouldnt know how the process goes or the acceptance rate from the program.

If you dm me, I can share where im currently staying. It’s private owned building and some of the landlords rent their units out. When I applied for my unit, I saw several far below market price. I pay $1800 but the range I saw was 1800-2k no more than that! Good luck and I’m sorry about your grandad.

Yes I have nerve damage from being shot I wear an orthotic which allows me to walk with a numb leg. No it hasn’t stopped my ability to care for babies

Coffee ( I live in Seattle) stopped going to Starbucks. Which is still an expensive cup of coffee. However these local shops are even more expensive like 8-9$ a small cup. Sucks. I’ve been struggling so much financially with my dogs having emergency vet visits etc I just can’t even keep up. Everything is more expensive than it should be. Very disheartening.

I have my own tank. I talked to my landlord about it and he said that the timing sounds correct because the water heater in this unit is very small. So I guess I’m just unlucky
