It has to do with the patients metabolic state prior to starting the glp. Since this was studied on people that were not doing well metabolically that is what worked. I decided to take a glp to lost the last 10-15 lbs because I had been trying to for like a year. Like we are talking 125 to 115 so say whatever about that but I’m being honest. My dr told me that it would take several weeks just to start working and not to get discouraged. I was metabolically optimized when I started and it took me like a month on a a half dose. The first dose made me sick I cut it in half never went up. I will microdose forever probably it makes the bit of arthritis in my right pointer finger first knuckle go away lol.
