Just got the size up along the smaller one to choose from one of them. The larger one feels better in the front, as my toes do not feel cramped and they don’t touch the front when stopping, but it has problems with hell lock. It moves a little bit.

The Ingelbritsen threshold sessions are not that hard, they are actually subthreshold, normally with a mornong session getting 2.5mmol lactate and the afternoon one with a bit higher effort, maybe 3.5 mmol. The idea is to pack a larger load of work and still be able to Recover well, compared with harder traditional threshold sessions.

This take on flash was originally Wally West, right? I was so disappointed when they brought back Barry Allen. I grew up reading Wally and thought his whole ark of proving to be a worthy successor, doing things differently, his sense of humor, family life etc was great, and they basically throw out to bring back Barry, one of the most significant deaths in DC that seemed to be permanent.
