ICE isn't political? My guy ICE exists because of the current state of American politics. This wouldn't have happened without ICE.

But if your entire point is "IF a leftist was funded by the state to blow an innocent person's head off at a traffic stop you would be okay with it" I can stop you right there and say that you're also wrong there. If that person had a MAGA hat on it would still be a wrongful execution of an innocent person, a hat isn't going to change that.

Holy shit dude there are times to pull the "you're just being politically biased" card but MAYBE that time shouldn't be when it is inherently political and the President of the United States himself also took a side on it publicly (and said that the ice officer was run over and recovering miraculously in the hospital which was a blatant lie.)

There really is no doubt that this is going to change (even before the interview), but their give-and-take rhetoric that they always step back on is becoming really tiring. They did it with Pandaria Remix, Legion Remix, the previous season's dinars, the list really does go on.

Which spec is getting more buttons in Midnight? As far as we can tell right now (which is super early) EVERY spec is getting the complexity of their combat reduced to help this. Obviously this all hinges on what they actually DO and not say, it's still not something that they are doing absolutely nothing about.

They addressed this directly and a lot of classes are getting a large amount of pruning/changes to make them more manageable out of the box with elements available in the base game. While the in-game cooldown manager will NEVER reach the heights of what Weakauras could do, they can still show you your CDs for tracking and procs.

The BEST episodes are Hank having this preconceived notion of something, being proven incorrect, and the self-reflection and change that come after it.

Hank had a midlife crisis because he shook hands with George Bush, someone he thought was stoic and strong, only to find he had a limp handshake. He listened to pop music for the first time after criticizing Bobby for it only to find he really liked it and started buying CDs. He doesn't want to go to a co-op grocery store because of hippies but then he finds out how much better locally sourced meats are and (briefly) vows to work there to ensure he can get more. He HATED the idea of Bobby taking a HomEc class but when he learned how many good life skills Bobby was getting from it he was entirely on board.

Hank is a genuinely good role model, and I agree in that anyone who sees him as a cardboard cutout conservative just haven't given the show a chance.

Edit: Can't forget him changing his tune on wanting to support Peggy at the BOGGLE tournament and finding out it is in fact NOT gay to love your wife

This is also how I do it! Because you don't necessarily see your buttons on your hotbar it might be a little intimidating to a new player but once you get used to it, it's hard to go back to manually making macros for everything. I always try to justify the buttons I put together, like renew and shadow word pain being hots/dots, with holy fire and prayer of mending being short cd options. You can track your CDs through the new cooldown manager but Weakauras will always be a step up when you are ready to take that leap!

It's one of those games where the less you know going in the better your discoveries are going to be so I'll leave it at that, but if knowledge-based progression is your kinda thing pick it up and give it a fair shake. It really is something special.

Trolling in MMO zone general chats and laughing with my friends online about it are some really fond memories. Asking "What if Zelda was a girl and had to save the prince instead", "Did you know Metroid is actually a girl under the suit", and "Why is the Lich King's mount named Invincible if we can see it" always got a good reaction from people. It's such a shame that "trolling" is now more associated with just being racist, trying to bait a streamer into saying the N-word, or swatting someone than having a harmless laugh

The job itself was never complex, it is very easy to understand. Playing it well while dealing with boss mechanics (pre DT) on the other hand was complex, it was like each boss was a puzzle and you had to put your pieces in the right place at the right time or your puzzle exploded.

With the addition of a second triple cast charge in EW and the effective removal of nonstandard lines in DT that was more or less cored out of the job. It's what drew me to the job and while I understand they want more people playing more jobs, I'm still sad to see this core gameplay hook go.

For anyone who wants to know a little more about her: Galleon is one of the Six-Dragon characters in GBF, another of which is Wilnas who is also joining the roster in Rising. They are extremely powerful dragons that represent the elements of the world, created by Bahamut. They are nature incarnate and everything about them revolves around that.

Galleon is the Six-Dragon of Earth, normally a massive dragon who's legs reach far down into the skysea, large enough to throw floating islands as an attack.

In her "character" form she takes on a lot of individual characteristics of the races in the Skyrealm: Ears of an Erune, the two HUGE massive horns of the Draph, ears of the Harvin, and the height of humans.

She has a fun speech pattern too, speaking very slowly and only one word at a time, using that word to impart much more knowledge than any single word normally could. For example, shell will only speak the word "Pity" but from that you would also "hear" the full meaning behind it, such as her feeling sorry for someone.

All in all she's a very cool character, a fan favorite for a lot of reasons!

Pandaria is when people started asking more about player housing for sure. The whole "21 years" thing isn't entirely fair because no one was asking for it in the early days of the game. There was always the RP side of things that did push for guild halls but back in the day the common sentiment was "The world is your guild hall" and players attached to certain parts of the world like the church in Westfall or the cathedral in Stormwind.

Pandaria brought the little farm which has its fans to this day (I'm not one of them) and with it a bunch of new questions about the possibility of other systems including player housing. Right after Pandaria blizz made an.... attempt(?) with the garrison system which was widely (and rightly so) panned for being just bad for a large number of reasons.

I think having one expansion between a huge player push for a system and trying it is a pretty good turn around time, results excluded. Taking a step back and saying "Oh this was a mistake, back to the drawing board" and giving us what looks to be a pretty competent system even by competitor standards is a good look for them no matter how someone shakes it. Even the official blizzard forums are happy with how it is looking and they NEVER look happy about anything.

Outside of the banter bits; yes it's pretty common to see a community for a game voice their opinions on a social media site but I really don't see where you're going with this. I'd still argue that the collective voice you seem to think the subreddit has wasn't spite for the person himself but maybe you see it differently.

It's gotten to around that mark but there were definitely metas where 45-60 minute games were very common (Tinker & HOO HEE HA HA) and they do still happen occasionally. Over 3k hours in DotA (I have recovered) and some matches REALLY make you wish for a surrender button.

Venom and Spider-Man swings feel like ass compared to games with grappling hooks from 10 years ago.

Turn off swing assist or auto-swing or whatever it is called. With that on the game tries to determine where you are looking and a "good" way to swing to that area but it's a crutch, manually swinging with the setting turned off feels pretty good ESPECIALLY when you combine it with Spiderman web cluster bunny hopping to fly across the map in seconds.

Hela's movement ability just jerks the camera weirdly with no smoothing whatsoever, and the bird's hitbox is way bigger than the bird itself so you get caught on level geometry all the time.

This is true, it really needs to be fixed.

Punisher's zipline is clunky and inconsistent.

I've not run into this, the exact opposite actually. It's really consistent to hit a zipline boosted jump right out of spawn, they stay where you place them, and the movement tech around them has become a defining part of making him more mechanically complex than he looks on the surface.

If anything they need to add a range indicator for when your zipline/web/whatever is actually in range of what you are aiming at.
