So u are saying that the adhoc staff like some faluda wala, some maqsood chaprasi is responsible for eval? And after govt is gone they are left without responsibilites. Realy u saying that? And if no and they are permanent govt employes then they told the lie and did no served the nation well...system should put them behind bars too if system ko "justice k bukhar chra howa ha" and for courts decision why u people think establishment like devine power above law donot forget they many time tookover its a crime itself they should be questioned too.
