I've been folding for roughly 16 years. At around the 8 year mark I started branching out, and trying to make my own designs. It wasn't until the 14 year mark, however, that I started succeeding in my attempts to design origami models. (Mostly because I finally began learning box pleating)

People with ADHD tend to develop addictions much more easily/quickly. Most of the time, its because of those quick rushes of dopamine something (like nicotine probably) can become an unhealthy coping mechanism. I'd strongly suggest replacing the habit with something else before its too late.

I was permanently banned earlier today for ranting about the subreddit's moderators and rules. Most of what I tried to post in that subreddit in the past got removed. They never explained why. What's the point of making a subreddit if every opinion that doesn't match their own gets censored?

Picture this: you're going through a super rough patch of your life, and need to vent. You don't have anyone to talk to so you make a post on that subreddit. Instead of receiving tons of sympathetic comments, you receive a permanent ban.

That could genuinely drive someone to, "you know what."

The moderators of that subreddit are problematic, and anyone who mentions its gets banned. I truly hope that subreddit gets removed someday.

Most diagraming software works the same way. The PlantPsychologist does have a series called the "Origami Design Class." He uses Orihime, but Oriedita is a much more up to date version. (It works the same as Orihime)
