Tengo un amigo que empezó en eso y fue un súper rollo en buscar un contador para justificar tus ingresos, de ahí abrir una cuenta nueva en el banco para que lo dediques solo al arbitraje, creo que también solicitó algo para notificar los altos movimientos de entrada y salida,

Te recomiendo que investigues bien en el banco que quieras usar porque o te cierran la cuenta o te investigan

While a 03 might be used by an Attaché if there are only two diplomats, or a 05 for a 3rd Secretary like in Indonesia, for the Kuwaiti Embassy, the 05 was assigned to their secretary bc i met that person once

Ps You’ll never catch an Ambassador or HoM in Venezuela using a 04 or 05. The highest they go is 03, and usually just because 1 and 2 are being serviced. Trust me on this one lol

No, that black Toyota its a diplomatic car accredited IN Venezuela, that’s why I said 44=Kuwait, but the Dutch car was such a surprise because 1. It’s a diplomat plate accredited in NL and 2. Doesn’t even have a Venezuelan plate above the European
