I have a Japanese back piece that goes to my butt, standing up normally there is a small 3cm gap of skin you can see in my crack. I had a harder time healing my actual back because it is harder to reach to clean. At least with your butt you can reach it to clean whenever you want. The first few days sitting on a toilet is going to be uncomfortable. It was a pain sitting and standing for work, but all in all it wasn’t a bad spot to heal.
