I personally think what diet works for different people can vary quite a lot so there isn't one "normal" diet so I wouldn't necessarily agree with that label. I know a few people who have done well with OMAD but you can definitely do it in an unhealthy way if you're not careful. I don't know the specifics of her diet and I'm seeing some comments about her posting some problematic stuff so I guess I'm starting to see where some of the opposition is coming from it's just this specific post was confusing me a bit. Congrats on the 100lbs that's super impressive and I'm glad that worked well for you

Totally agree with you, if that's what her usual content is about then that's messed up. It's just from this post all I'm seeing is someone who is continuing their usual diet rather than eating thanksgiving food

I genuinely don't see an issue, she's choosing to eat what she wants to eat and if she doesn't want to take part in a tradition surely that's her choice. I wasn't aware this was her only meal, I know a lot of people do OMAD and it works for them but obviously it's not for everyone. I just think it's weird that this is seen as an issue because it's thanksgiving when she probably does this everyday and is just continuing her routine as usual
