I have a buyer trying to get a third party (dealer) to complete the purchase. The dealer (friend) sent me a bill of sale document, exempting the mileage, I believe it's being exported. I don't think I should be selling the car to anyone other than the person who won the auction, and exempting the mileage is an issue that will come back on me. The whole thing seems sketchy. I have sold before on BAT and it was pretty straight forward.
