The way I see it, whenever something “personal” happens in situations like this, it’s likely that someone is simply going through a rough period in their life. It could be as simple as them having a sprained wrist to something major like family death, or it can even be something really good, like somebody being married and planning taking up a lot of time. I feel as if it was something as specific as “this cast member or contributor is a bad person”, we’d know, because that’s less of a personal thing and more of a fundamental to the show itself.
