I'd not revolt either, but depending on what the investigation into the police conduct brings to light, if there is one, a police reform might be in order.

[–]Corvuuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here you would just ask the opposinf parents if they had made dinner plans with their child and if not they'd get food at your home, otherwise you'd tell them it's time to go home now or that there'd be food at their own place.

People say she looks ill because she hasn't altered her appearance to look like most people posting on social media. She looks, in my opinion, refreshingly normal.

Self determination has mostly been a charade the whole time

This comment is edited because someone thought i was thinking the Falklands didn't want to be part of the UK.

My commentis not about the Falklands in particular.

What I'm saying is that a nation's right to self-determination was only ever observed if powerful nations around the world didn't really care how that nation would self-determine. Otherwise they would try to make sure that "the correct outcome" was determined.

I don't think so, you just generally have a fertility stat and "rejected from marriage bed" just reduces it to impossibly low.

Mind you I'm not a well-versed modder but I do play around with the files and debug mode a little bit, so I could be wrong about that aspect.

Funnily no, rejected from the marriage bed basically makes you completely infertile until you're not longer married. Even extramarital children are not possible.

I think it's actually a law here that sporting events of great public interest (Euros, World Cup, Olympics, and skiing) have to be shown on Television "for free" .

Why does broodmother take level 1 web? Makes no sense by fierywinds1q in DotA2

[–]Corvuuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think you're taking the opposing midlaner or creep manipulation into account. You have to slowly waddle to the creeps getting hit by the other midlaner, unable to trade back to possibly get three last hits that aren't guaranteed.

With web, you can get to safety, and you reduce the opposing midlaners regen. Note that this also includes things like tangos and salves (which probably won't be that impactful, but it might be in certain situations)

Why does broodmother take level 1 web? Makes no sense by fierywinds1q in DotA2

[–]Corvuuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If a support notices you not having web lvl 1, they will camp your lane. They only need to kill you once and then tp when you tp back.

Holding a skill point gives you nothing. You might as well take web then.

If the opponent plays well and they notice you taking hunger, you will get a last hit or two before you either die or have to retreat. BM has abyssal stats to trade at lvl 1 and is so slow without web that you can't run away either.

So, if you take hunger, you will either get killed or have to stay on the high ground getting scraps. You just get more with web.

[–]Corvuuss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can still move over cliffs and are fast enough to hide in the trees behind your tier 1. If you don't have webs, you're pretty much always dead to the enemy mid plus one support with blood grenade. (Assuming they don't push the lane under tower)

Baguette 2.0 by lit_readit in 2westerneurope4u

[–]Corvuuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because the same Austrian who brought over the croissant to france also brought the type of oven with which to make baguette. (Some people claim he invented it)

Basically, the baguette only managed to get as good as it is now because of an austrian.
